Tray conveyor

A longstanding client has requested the design of a conveyor layout for transporting trays.

The trays will initially be placed upside down onto the conveyor and conveyed to a tray washer (not shown in the drawing). After the trays are thoroughly cleaned and dried, they will be transported to a tipping mechanism that reorients them onto their bases. Once correctly positioned, the trays will proceed to the next stage, where they will be replenished with the finished product.

Commissioned to design and manufacture an external staircase providing dual entry and exit points. Delivered comprehensive manufacturing and assembly drawings. The staircase was constructed using hot-dipped galvanised mild steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.

Aluminum Air Reservoir

We were tasked with designing a bespoke air reservoir for a high-speed rejector system, tailored to meet the specific needs of an existing customer. The reservoir was precision-machined from a single block of aluminum, ensuring strength and durability, and was completed with a black anodized coating to enhance corrosion resistance and provide a sleek finish.

The final assembly features 12 Mac valves mounted directly onto the reservoir, delivering sufficient air capacity to enable rapid and efficient operation.
